bonsoir Samdi: experimental improvisations

bonsoir Samdi features improvisational music from a variety of artists including Noise Poet Nobody, In the Deep Museum, Bill Horist, and Tom Swafford. Recorded at monthly events from Dec. 2006 - Oct. 2007, the eight tracks range from delicate atmospheres to intense upheaval. Most of the music was accompanied by butoh dance performances, and in the quieter moments you can hear the dancers as well as the crackling fire.
