Shipping and returns
We generally send stuff by USPS. I still have to figure out the shipping module so this thing will generate shipping charges automatically.
Contact us if you need to return something. We stand behind our stuff. Some products, like the CD-rs or DVD-rs, may occasionally be flaky since we are currently burning them in a PC burner. If they don't work, just let us know and we'll send another copy.
